Importance on Women Education: Training Session of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) Fellows
Lahore, The Gulf Observer: On 23 October 2024, as part of the PRCCSF fellowship program, Dr. Zarmina Baloch, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBW), led a captivating and interactive training session at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) in Lahore. During the session, Dr. Zarmina shared valuable insights on female education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, explaining how determined females are there in the province for their success and exploring the evolving role of KP women in STEM and other sectors.
Dr. Kalsoom Hanif, Coordinator for the Student Fellowship Initiative, warmly welcomed Dr. Zarmina Baloch and all the participants and highlighted the importance of women’s education along with the significance of such training workshops.
Dr. Zarmina also highlighted the potential opportunities for women in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while addressing challenges. The training session concluded with an interactive question and answer segment, during which students actively participated, shared their viewpoints, and posed questions to Dr. Zarmina. Ms. Inshrah Komal expressed appreciation to Dr. Zarmina for her time and invaluable knowledge she shared during the session.
