Kuwait halts maritime navigation

Kuwait, The Gulf Observer: Kuwait’s Maritime navigation to and from Al Shuwaikh and Al Shuaiba ports was temporarily halted due to unstable weather, Kuwait Ports Authority said in a statement.

The movement of vessels was stopped as of 8:00 am after visibility dropped, it said, and noted that the measure was necessary for the safety of the personnel and the facilities at the harbors, KUNA reported.

Kuwait was engulfed with foggy and wet weather, rendering visibility quite low.
