Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 Promotes Beauty, Culture and International Friendship
Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: Nguyễn Chiến, Head of the Advisory Board for Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024, announced that the winners of this esteemed contest will be selected based on criteria that extend beyond conventional beauty standards. Emphasizing the importance of a well-rounded ambassador, Chiến stated that besides physical beauty, the winners should possess a passion for travel and actively promote Vietnamese culture, history, landscapes, and people to the global community.
The announcement was made during a press conference held in Hà Nội on April 27, setting the stage for an exciting journey of discovery and cultural exchange. The contest, which commenced on April 27, will run until July 20, drawing the participation of nearly 300 talented women eager to showcase their prowess on the national stage.
Highlighting the significance of cultural immersion, the semi-final round of the competition will unfold amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Sa Pa town, Lào Cai Province, from June 25 to July 10. The final showdown will culminate in Cẩm Phả City, Quảng Ninh Province, from July 10 to 20, promising a captivating display of beauty, grace, and intellect.
The coveted title comes with substantial rewards, with the top winner set to receive a cash prize of VNĐ300 million (US$11,800) along with other valuable presents. The first and second runners-up will be awarded VNĐ200 million and VNĐ100 million, respectively.
In addition to the main titles, the organizers will bestow honors such as Miss Sea, Miss Talent, Miss Inspiration, Miss Humanity, Miss Fashion, Beauty with the Best Evening Dress, Beauty with the Best Face, and Most Favourite Beauty, recognizing excellence in various aspects of the competition.
The contest is open to all Vietnamese women aged between 18 and 25, who are single and without children. Prospective candidates should stand at least 1.62 meters tall and possess captivating appearances that reflect the diverse beauty of Vietnam.
As Miss Tourism Việt Nam 2024 unfolds, it promises to not only crown a queen of beauty but also an ambassador of cultural diplomacy and friendship, fostering stronger bonds between nations through shared heritage and mutual respect.
