Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman is participating in the Doha Legal Forum being held in Doha, Qatar. Oman’s delegation is led by Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs.
