Oman, Tunisia Discuss Bilateral Cooperation and Regional Developments

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi held separate telephone conversations on Wednesday with Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Mohamed Ali Nafti and Brunei Darussalam’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Abdul Mateen.

During his conversation with the Tunisian foreign minister, the two sides discussed the fraternal relations between Oman and Tunisia and ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in areas that serve the interests of both countries and their peoples.

The ministers also exchanged views on a number of regional and international developments and issues of common concern.

In a separate telephone conversation with Prince Abdul Mateen, Sayyid Badr discussed the deeply rooted fraternal relations between Oman and Brunei Darussalam, which are based on close ties and mutual understanding.

The two sides reaffirmed the keenness of the leaderships of both countries to continue developing and elevating bilateral relations to broader levels.

The Omani and Bruneian ministers also exchanged views on several regional and international issues of common concern.
