Qatar and United States Sign MoU to Enhance Civil Aviation Security

Doha, The Gulf Observer: A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the State of Qatar and the United States aimed at enhancing civil aviation security has been signed, in the presence of Minister of Transport H E Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti. The signing took place at the Ministry’s offices, with Mohammed Faleh Alhajri, who manages the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, and US Ambassador to the State of Qatar H E Timmy Davis, as the signatories.

Following the signing ceremony, Minister H E Al Sulaiti and Ambassador Davis engaged in discussions about the relations between the two friendly countries in the areas of transportation and civil aviation, exploring ways to further enhance and develop these sectors. The meeting and the MoU signing ceremony were attended by several transportation officials from both Qatar and the United States.
