Las Vegas, The Gulf Observer: Rakhmonov fought vs. American Stephen Thompson (17-6-1) at the UFC 296 held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas (USA). The bout ended with Rakhmonov’s win by submission in the second round.
Kazakhstan’s undefeated welterweight fighter Shavkat Rakhmonov (17-0) held his sixth UFC fight, according to Kazakhstan’s Sports News.
This became Shavkat Rakhmonov’s 18th victory in his professional career, and Stephen Thompson’s seventh defeat.
Earlier in March, Rakhmonov fought American Geoff Neal (15-5) and defeated him by submission in the third round.
