South Korean Companies Eager to Implement Projects in Kazakhstan

Seoul, The Gulf Observer: According to reports from the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nazira Nurbayeva, conducted a working visit to the Republic of Korea this week. While in Seoul, she met with Chung Byung-won, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea for Political Affairs. The discussions focused on the schedule of upcoming joint events and ways to enhance trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

Additionally, Deputy Minister Nurbayeva engaged with leaders of major Korean companies, including Samsung Electronics, Samsung C&T, Samsung Medison, Doosan Enerbility, ECOVICE, SK Ecoplant, KIGAM, GL Rapha, LS Networks, and Ionia EnC. During these meetings, she provided information about Kazakhstan’s investment climate and introduced new tools for attracting investments. The discussions also covered plans to implement joint investment projects in sectors such as medicine, pharmaceuticals, waste processing, logistics, and geology.
