Sunway Malls introduces Malaysia’s first mall virtual concierge
Kuala Lumpur, The Gulf Observer: Sunway Malls has introduced Malaysia’s first mall virtual concierge aiming to deliver seamless experience for shoppers within their malls by providing contactless and personalized shopping.
“As business landscape continues to evolve with cost pressures escalating, the adoption of technology will enable better productivity, efficiency and consistency even with the same amount of
resources. The deployment of the Virtual Concierge is a good example,” said HC Chan, the chief executive officer of Sunway Malls and Theme Parks, Bernama reported.
Shoppers have the option to sign up as Sunway Malls members directly at the Virtual Concierge to stay up to date on the latest happenings and enjoy perks and deals throughout the malls.
During festive periods, shoppers wait-time to redeem gifts can be reduced and skip long queues by keying in transaction details on their own through the concierge.
Customers also have the power to rate services in the mall, which allows Sunway Malls to better understand the voices of customers, and proactively monitor potential issues to direct them towards resolutions.
Customers can scroll through ‘Events and Happenings’ tab to discover exciting events and happenings in the mall. Shoppers can easily scan the event QR code and read information through their mobile device
