Turkmen President Inaugurates New High-Voltage Power Transmission Line in Dashoguz
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan participated in celebrations today marking the commissioning of a new high-voltage power transmission line, Balkan-Dashoguz, as part of his working trip to the Dashoguz region.
According to official media reports from Turkmenistan, domestic energy construction workers successfully completed the 572 km-long Balkan-Dashoguz power line. The Head of State also attended the opening ceremony of two 500 kV substations constructed along this route, which are integral components of the project aimed at creating a unified power ring across the country.
The commissioning of the 500 kV Balkan-Dashoguz power line and the two substations signifies the successful completion of this major power industry project, reinforcing Turkmenistan’s commitment to enhancing its energy infrastructure and ensuring a stable and reliable power supply nationwide.
