Turkmenistan to Host Exhibition and International Forum to Boost Private Sector Growth

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The Trade and Industrial Chamber of Turkmenistan (TICT) has announced that it will host an exhibition and an international forum from March 17 to 19, 2025, to mark the 17th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The events aim to promote private sector development, attract investment, and strengthen the country’s entrepreneurial landscape, according to a statement from TICT on Thursday.
The exhibition will provide a platform for showcasing the achievements of Turkmen entrepreneurs, industrial enterprises, and companies. It will also serve as an opportunity for participants to present new projects and engage in discussions on potential collaborations with foreign partners, fostering international business ties.
As part of the business program, the international forum Investing in the Future of Turkmenistan will convene experts and investors to discuss key topics such as industrial modernization, business support mechanisms, and the expansion of international economic partnerships. The forum’s deliberations are expected to generate new incentives for entrepreneurship growth and enhance global cooperation in various economic sectors.
Established in 2008, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan currently represents over 28,000 business community members across the country. The upcoming events underscore the government’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and competitive private sector while positioning Turkmenistan as an attractive destination for international investment and trade.
