UAE President Arrives in Jordan
Amman, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates arrived in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan today for a working visit aimed at enhancing bilateral relations. His Highness was warmly welcomed at Marka Airport by His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, and several senior Jordanian officials.
The visit underscores the deep fraternal ties between the two nations and their commitment to building strategic partnerships that support the aspirations of their peoples for growth and prosperity. It also highlights the ongoing cooperation and close consultation between the UAE and Jordan on various issues of mutual interest.
Accompanying His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed is a high-level delegation, including H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Adviser for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court; Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; Humaid Obaid Abu Shabas, Chairman of the UAE Accountability Authority; Faisal Al Bannai, Adviser to the UAE President for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology Affairs; Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority; Counselor Hamad Al Matrooshi, Chargé d’Affaires of the UAE Embassy in Amman, and several senior officials.
