UAE President Meets Emirati Talent Council Delegation and Nafis Award Winners in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: The President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, received a delegation from the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council along with the winners of the third cycle of the Nafis Award in Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, His Highness congratulated the award recipients and wished them continued success in their professional careers, particularly within the private sector. He also listened to their experiences and success stories, highlighting their contributions and achievements in advancing the national workforce.

The President expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council in promoting Emiratisation policies and empowering national talent in the private sector. He also praised the role of partner institutions supporting the council’s initiatives and objectives.

Emphasising the importance of the private sector as a key pillar of the national economy, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to strengthening the participation of Emirati talent across various industries. He stressed the need to equip Emiratis with future-oriented skills to ensure their effective representation in all economic sectors.

The meeting was attended by a number of sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials, reflecting the leadership’s continued focus on human capital development and national workforce empowerment as central components of the country’s long-term economic strategy.
