Uzbekistan Airways receives another LET L-410 aircraft

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: Uzbekistan Airways has received a second Czech-made LET L-410 light aircraft. These planes will operate flights to Zaamin, Zarafshan, Shakhrisabz, Sokh, and other cities of Uzbekistan.

After thoroughly checking flight characteristics, the new aircraft took off from Kunovice (Czech Republic) to Uzbekistan. It performed an intermediate landing for refueling in Bulgaria, Türkiye, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkmenistan.

The LET L-410 turboprop aircraft has 19 passenger seats and can take off and land on almost any type of runways, including ultrashort ones – with a length of 510 meters. At the same time, the flight range is up to 1,500 kilometers, the maximum cruising speed is 405 kilometers per hour, and the top flight duration is 5 hours and 10 minutes.

The onboard electronic equipment has modern Garmin GPS communication and navigation systems and an advanced warning system for dangerous approaches.

The first such aircraft arrived in Tashkent in mid-July. Now, it flies from Tashkent to Samarkand and Zaamin.
