Uzbekistan and Türkiye Strengthen Educational Cooperation Through New Initiatives

Ankara, The Gulf Observer: A Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) was officially signed between the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Bekhzod and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, marking a significant step in fostering academic collaboration and cultural exchange between the two institutions.
