H.E. Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula Extends Independence Day Greetings to Pakistan
Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The Ambassador of Ethiopia to Pakistan, Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula, has extended warm congratulations to the people of Pakistan on their Independence Day. Marking the occasion, the Ambassador also participated in Pakistan’s tree plantation campaign by planting a sapling.
Dr. Abdula praised the 67 years of longstanding friendship and partnership between Ethiopia and Pakistan, reaffirming Ethiopia’s commitment to stand alongside the people of Pakistan for a strong and prosperous future.
He also made an important announcement regarding joint action on climate change, stating that a high-level delegation of climate change experts from Ethiopia will arrive in Pakistan on Saturday. The delegation will visit various cities to share the successful experiences of Ethiopia’s renowned Green Legacy Initiative.
