Iran Stresses Active Diplomacy to Strengthen Ties with New Zealand

Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has underscored the importance of pursuing active diplomacy with New Zealand as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral relations.
Araghchi made the remarks during a meeting with Reza Nazarahari, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to New Zealand, held in Tehran on Tuesday. The meeting reviewed the latest developments in relations between the two countries and explored opportunities for expanding cooperation.
The foreign minister emphasized that the continuation and expansion of interactions and consultations across various fields are essential for enhancing bilateral ties. He noted that active and constructive diplomacy, grounded in mutual respect and shared interests, plays a key role in advancing relations between Iran and New Zealand.
