Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Meets US Interior Secretary Doug Burgum to Advance Strategic Cooperation

Washington, D.C., The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, met with Doug Burgum, US Secretary of the Interior, during his ongoing working visit to Washington.
The meeting focused on the strategic and long-standing relations between the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America, as well as avenues to further strengthen and expand cooperation across various sectors in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two friendly nations.
Both sides reviewed prospects for enhanced joint collaboration in the fields of energy and artificial intelligence. Discussions also covered opportunities to develop and broaden partnerships in these key sectors and explore new markets that support sustainable economic growth in both countries.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah underscored that UAE-US relations are built on solid foundations of mutual trust and constructive partnership. He highlighted that the historic relationship between the two nations represents an advanced model of fruitful cooperation spanning multiple sectors.
The meeting was attended by Saeed Al Hajeri, Minister of State, and Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE Ambassador to the United States.
