UAE President, UK Prime Minister Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations in Phone Call
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a telephone conversation with UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham to discuss bilateral relations and explore ways to further strengthen cooperation across a range of sectors in support of the shared interests of both countries.
During the call, His Highness congratulated Prime Minister Burnham on his appointment and wished him every success in leading the United Kingdom towards continued progress and prosperity.
The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to deepening the longstanding partnership between the UAE and the UK and expanding collaboration in areas that promote mutual interests while delivering growth, development, and prosperity for the peoples of both nations.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Prime Minister Burnham also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest, underscoring the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation in addressing shared challenges.
