Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in Moscow
Moscow, The Gulf Observer: The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is on an official visit to the Russian Federation, arrived from Kazan to Moscow.
The Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov and other officials met the President of Uzbekistan at Vnukovo-2 Airport.
The state flags of Uzbekistan and Russia were raised, and a guard of honor was lined up in honor of the distinguished guest. A solemn welcoming ceremony took place.
By the program of the stay, on October 6, the leaders of the two countries will hold talks in contracted and expanded formats. Issues of further deepening comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Russia will be discussed.
It is planned to review the state and prospects for enhancing comprehensive cooperation in political, trade, economic, investment, transport, communications, cultural and humanitarian spheres, and other priority areas. Views will be exchanged on current issues of the regional and international agenda.
The President of Uzbekistan will also hold talks with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
