HM the Sultan of Oman Bestows Order of Royal Commendation and Medals of Excellent Service on Senior ROP Officers
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: In Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, presented the Order of Royal Commendation, as well as medals of Excellent Service and Competence, to distinguished senior officers of the Royal Oman Police (ROP).
HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, had the honor of pinning the medals during a ceremony held at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences.
HH Sayyid Shihab conveyed congratulations to the officers, emphasizing that the Royal commendation reflects appreciation for the relentless efforts of ROP personnel under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
The event was graced by the presence of Lt. Gen. Hassan Mohsin Al Shuraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, Maj. Gen Abdullah Ali Al Harthy, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, Maj. Gen Khalifa Ali Al Siyabi, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Administrative and Financial Affairs, alongside several esteemed senior ROP officers.
