President Mirziyoyev Congratulates UAE’s President on Birthday and Ramadan

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the Republic of Uzbekistan engaged in a significant telephone conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on March 11. The call held a dual purpose as President Mirziyoyev extended heartfelt birthday wishes to President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and exchanged warm congratulations on the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan for the global Muslim community.
During the conversation, President Mirziyoyev conveyed his sincere congratulations to President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, expressing warm wishes for good health, prosperity, and tremendous success in his endeavors. The Uzbek President also extended his wishes for peace and prosperity to the friendly people of the United Arab Emirates.
The leaders of Uzbekistan and the UAE acknowledged the current pinnacle of their multifaceted cooperation with deep satisfaction. Highlighting the flourishing bilateral ties, it was noted that in 2023, the trade turnover between the two nations increased by 20 percent. The collaboration extends to over 300 enterprises in Uzbekistan, with joint projects surpassing the $4 billion mark, particularly in high technology, energy, geology, agriculture, tourism, IT, infrastructure, logistics, and other sectors.
Both leaders expressed their mutual commitment to intensifying practical interaction across all domains. The importance of meticulously preparing the agenda for upcoming high-level meetings was underscored, emphasizing the shared dedication to further enhancing the robust partnership between Uzbekistan and the UAE.
As the holy month of Ramadan begins, the leaders exchanged warm wishes and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation that exist between their two nations.
