Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Pays Tribute to UAE’s Martyrs on Commemoration Day

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, marked Commemoration Day with a solemn tribute to the UAE’s martyrs, whose sacrifices exemplify the nation’s core values and serve as an enduring source of inspiration for generations to come.

In his statement, H.H. Sheikh Mansour affirmed the significance of 30th November as a national occasion to honor the selfless devotion of those who gave their lives in service to the nation. “Their names will be eternally etched in the UAE’s history and in the hearts of its people,” he said.

Reflecting on the UAE’s commitment to loyalty and unity, H.H. Sheikh Mansour highlighted the nation’s pride in its devoted sons who defend the flag and safeguard the country’s achievements. “Today, we honour their ultimate sacrifices and express gratitude to their families, who instilled in them the values of allegiance, belonging, and sacrifice. We are proud to support and care for them,” he stated.

He underscored the martyrs’ role as exemplars of patriotism and dedication, urging the youth to draw inspiration from their legacy to contribute to the UAE’s continued progress under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Concluding his remarks, H.H. Sheikh Mansour prayed for divine mercy upon the martyrs and wished the UAE enduring glory, security, and advancement.

Commemoration Day is observed annually on 30th November as a heartfelt tribute to the valor and dedication of the UAE’s martyrs, reflecting the nation’s profound respect for their sacrifices in defending its sovereignty and values.
