President Ilham Aliyev Holds Telephone Conversation with UAE President

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation today with President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

During the exchange, both leaders expressed their satisfaction with the dynamic development of bilateral relations, underscoring the importance of high-level reciprocal visits and the growing cooperation in the fields of economy and trade.

President Aliyev highlighted the productive discussions held during his meeting with a delegation of business representatives from the United Arab Emirates, which took place a day prior. He noted that the visit contributed significantly to strengthening economic ties between the two countries.

The two heads of state also praised the close collaboration and consistent mutual support between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates within international organizations. Additionally, they exchanged views on the future development of bilateral relations and anticipated high-level engagements in the near future.
