President Pezeshkian to Attend 79th Session of UNGA in New York

Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will depart for New York on Sunday to participate in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). During the high-level event, President Pezeshkian is scheduled to deliver a speech on September 24, where he will present the Islamic Republic’s perspectives and positions on key global and regional issues.
In addition to his address at the General Assembly, President Pezeshkian’s itinerary includes a series of important engagements. He is expected to meet with Iranian expatriates in the United States and hold discussions with leaders of various faiths, media executives, think tank representatives, and heads of state from Europe, Asia, and the Islamic world.
President Pezeshkian will also participate in the “Summit of the Future,” a key event aimed at fostering international consensus on global challenges and ensuring a more secure and sustainable future for all.
