UAE and Azerbaijan FM’s Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, to Abu Dhabi on Monday for high-level talks focused on enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
The discussions centered on deepening collaboration across key sectors including development, economy, and investment. Both sides expressed a shared commitment to strengthening their partnership in support of sustainable development goals and mutual prosperity.
Sheikh Abdullah praised the strong and growing relations between the UAE and Azerbaijan, underscoring the importance of further advancing bilateral cooperation across various fronts.
The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments. Sheikh Abdullah commended the recent announcement by Azerbaijan and Armenia regarding successful peace negotiations, calling it a historic milestone for peace, security, and stability in the Caucasus region.
