UAE Conducts 79th Humanitarian Airdrop to Support Gaza Residents

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has continued its humanitarian support for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, completing today the 79th airdrop of relief supplies under the “Birds of Goodness” operation. The initiative is carried out in cooperation with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with the participation of Germany and Indonesia.
The latest airdrop delivered essential food supplies, prepared with the support of Emirati charitable organizations and institutions, aimed at addressing the urgent needs of Gaza’s residents amid severe humanitarian conditions.
With this delivery, the total aid provided by the UAE through the operation has exceeded 4,052 tonnes, encompassing food and other essential relief materials. This demonstrates the UAE’s unwavering commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and enhancing their resilience.
The operation underscores the UAE’s leading role in international humanitarian relief, fostering regional and global cooperation while promoting a culture of giving to alleviate the suffering of populations affected by crises.
