Qatar Post launches new series of World Cup stamps

Doha: Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) yesterday launched the Seventh Edition of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Official Group Teams Stamp at the Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach.

This comes as part of Qatar Post’s mandate to document highlights and milestones related to hosting the upcoming World Cup.

Qatar Post launched a set of distinctive stamps celebrating the 32 teams competing in the upcoming World Cup. Within this recent stamp edition, 20,000 stamps, 2,000 VIP folders and 3,000 First Day issue envelopes will be issued.

The stamp issue comprising all qualified nations will be sold to the public for QR32, which is QR1 per stamp.
