US and Vietnam Pledge Progress Toward Reciprocal Trade in Virtual Meeting

Washington, D.C., The Gulf Observer: United States Trade Representative Jamieson L. Greer held a productive virtual meeting with Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyễn Hồng Diên to advance discussions on the bilateral trade relationship between the United States and Vietnam, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced on April 24.
The meeting followed up on the recent telephone conversation between President Donald Trump and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Tô Lâm, which took place on April 4.
