Uzbekistan is entering a new stage of its development: International Observers
Samarkand, The Gulf Observer: International observers are directly observing the referendum in Uzbekistan. Director of the Institute of Eurasian Studies of the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations Ding Xiaoxing, who visited the 362nd referendum precinct of Shaykhantakhur district, shared his opinion on this process:
“Uzbekistan is entering a new stage of its development. In this process, a new Constitution that meets the requirements of the time is needed. In this regard, the development of the country’s Basic Law in a new edition was the right decision. I visited several sites and saw that the organizational work was carried out at a high level. All the necessary conditions for free voting of citizens have been created”, the international observer noted.
