Danilina, partnering with Marie Bouzkova of the Czech Republic, triumphed over the duo of Hsieh Su-Wei of Taiwan and Maya Joint of Australia in straight sets, with a scoreline of 6–4, 7–5 in the final.
This victory ends a string of near-misses for Danilina, who had previously fallen short in three consecutive finals – including appearances in London, Nottingham, and at the French Open (Roland Garros).
