Pakistan and Iran Discuss Regional Developments and Gaza Situation

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi of Iran and Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation to discuss the latest regional developments, including the situation in Gaza and Palestine, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Saturday.

During the exchange, the two ministers shared views on recent events in the region, with particular focus on the humanitarian situation in Gaza. They underscored the need for greater cooperation among Muslim countries to promote peace, stability, and justice in the region.

The discussion also covered the upcoming summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, where regional and international efforts for peace are expected to be a key focus.

Dar has recently held similar discussions with his counterparts from Egypt and Azerbaijan to enhance regional coordination on issues of shared concern.
