Azerbaijan Grants Temporary Visa-Free Entry to Citizens of Four Gulf States

Cairo, The Gulf Observer: Citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Bahrain will be permitted to enter the Azerbaijan without a visa up to three times per year under a newly implemented regulation.
The measure came into effect on February 15, 2026, and will remain valid until February 15, 2027. According to the new rules, eligible citizens may stay in Azerbaijan for up to 30 days per visit. However, a valid visa will be required for any fourth entry within the same one-year period.
The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the respective countries have issued official statements and published detailed information regarding the new entry regulations on their official websites.
The initiative is expected to further strengthen tourism, business exchanges, and people-to-people contacts between Azerbaijan and the Gulf states, reinforcing growing bilateral ties across multiple sectors.
