Jordan Crown Prince Meets US DFC Chief to Discuss Strategic Development Projects
Amman, The Gulf Observer: Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on Sunday met with Ben Black, Chief Executive Officer of the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between Jordan and the U.S. development finance institution.
According to a statement from the Royal Court, the meeting focused on cooperation in major and vital projects, with particular emphasis on leveraging Jordan’s strategic geographical location to promote regional integration and connectivity.
The discussions covered potential cooperation across key sectors, including energy, logistics, water, railways and digital infrastructure.
The meeting highlighted opportunities to advance projects that could contribute to stronger regional connectivity and support development across multiple strategic sectors.
Director of the Office of the Crown Prince Zaid Baqain also attended the meeting.
