Ishaq Dar Condemns Drone Attacks on Azerbaijan During Call with Jeyhun Bayramov

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation on March 5 with Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, to discuss recent regional developments.

During the call, the Pakistani foreign minister expressed deep concern over the recent drone attacks on Azerbaijan, describing such actions as unacceptable and warning that they could further escalate tensions in the region.

Minister Bayramov stressed that Azerbaijan expects the Islamic Republic of Iran to issue an apology and provide a clear explanation of the incident within the shortest possible timeframe.

The two officials also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest and regional importance during the conversation.
