Fire in NE China restaurant, 17 dead

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: Seventeen people were killed and three others injured after a fire broke out in a restaurant in Changchun City, northeast China’s Jilin Province, on Wednesday, according to the local authorities.

By about 3:00 p.m., the fires on the site had been put out. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
