Omani and Saudi Aviation Authorities Forge Closer Ties in Bilateral Meeting

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: In a pivotal move to fortify international collaborations in civil aviation, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Oman hosted a meeting with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on Thursday.

Chaired by Eng. Naif Ali Al Abri, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Oman, and Ali Mohammed Rajab, Executive Vice President at GACA for Air Transport and International Cooperation, the meeting aimed to activate and strengthen bilateral relations between the two nations in the aviation sector. The discussions also highlighted the commitment of both entities to fostering improved relations with countries, as well as regional and international organizations within the civil aviation domain.

During the course of the meeting, the Omani and Saudi delegations engaged in comprehensive deliberations on various aspects of joint cooperation in the field of air transport. The exchange of insights and collaboration initiatives reflects a shared commitment to advancing the aviation landscape in the region and fostering stronger ties between Oman and Saudi Arabia in the civil aviation sector.
