Kairat Sarybay

Kairat Sarybay is an ambassador and currently the Executive Director of CICA. He is a vast experience of diplomatic service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is an author and columnist and expert of foreign and international affairs.
