Azerbaijan and Hungary Prepare for 11th Joint Commission Meeting on Economic Cooperation

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Sahil Babayev, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Co-Chair of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Hungary, held a meeting with Tamás József Torma, Ambassador of Hungary to Azerbaijan, to discuss ongoing developments in bilateral relations and preparations for the upcoming commission meeting.
During the meeting, both sides highlighted the dynamic growth of Azerbaijan-Hungary relations across various sectors and emphasized the crucial role of the Joint Commission in fostering and expanding economic cooperation between the two countries.
Key discussions centered on the preparations for the 11th Meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation, which is scheduled to take place this September in Budapest. The parties exchanged views on the agenda and organizational aspects of the meeting, aiming to further deepen strategic collaboration.
Ambassador Torma reaffirmed Hungary’s commitment to its strategic partnership with Azerbaijan, noting the steady expansion of friendly relations and productive cooperation. He expressed confidence that the forthcoming meeting in Budapest would further strengthen bilateral ties and promote new opportunities for mutual growth.
