Kazakhstan and Tajikistan Aim to Boost Trade Turnover to $2 Billion

Dushanbe, The Gulf Observer: Kazakhstan and Tajikistan have announced their intention to increase their bilateral trade turnover to $2 billion in the near future. This development was revealed during the Trade and Investment Forum held in Dushanbe, as part of the state visit of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Tajikistan.

He underscored the importance of such forums in facilitating increased collaboration and achieving mutual economic goals.
The forum was held ahead of President Tokayev’s state visit to Tajikistan, scheduled for August 22-23, at the invitation of Tajik President Emomali Rahmon. This visit is expected to further solidify the bilateral relations and support the realization of the $2 billion trade turnover target.
