Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram Appointed as Asia Committee Chairman of Korean Journalist Newspaper in Shanghai

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director of the Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), was appointed as the Asia Committee Chairman of the Korean Journalist Newspaper during a recently held ceremony at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Shanghai, China.

At the appointment ceremony, Chairman Akram stated, “I want to inspire young people in Korea, Pakistan, and other Asian regions with the hope and belief that anyone can succeed through honest, dedicated efforts, regardless of their background.”

He added, “My mission is to promote mutual understanding, trust, and cooperation among various countries and cultures, especially in Eurasia, through research, dialogue, and exchange. I aim to play a humble role in building a prosperous Asia.”

A native of Pakistan, Akram has over 30 years of experience in security, intelligence, and policy planning. He also serves as the Executive Director at the Pakistan Centre for Shared Future Community Research (PRCCSF), a respected think tank founded in Beijing with a collaboration of the Communication University of China (CUC). Mr Akram is also the recipient of the ‘OLTAN QALAM’ award given by Union of Journalists of the Republic of Uzbekistan in year 2022. He has also given the best researcher award for four consecutive years ( from 2021 to 2024) by the Communication University of China. In addition , in year 2023 , he was also given best writer award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Government of Republic of Azerbaijan
