PCJCCI Signs an Agreement with Precise Development (HK) Ltd, China

Lahore, The Gulf Observer: On 27th October 2025, Precise Development (HK) Limited, China, signed an agreement with the Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) in Lahore. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in strengthening trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Pakistan and China.
Under the agreement, Precise Development (HK) Limited, China, will represent PCJCCI in China and at the International Trade Center located in Shenzhen, China, to enhance bilateral collaboration in trade, technology, investment, and industrial partnerships.
The agreement was signed under the leadership of President of the Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) Mr. Nazir Hussain, along with Brig. Mansoor Saeed Sheikh, Senior Vice President, PCJCCI, Mr. Zafar Iqbal, Vice President, PCJCCI and Muhammad Salahuddin Hanif, Secretary General of PCJCCI.
On the Chinese side, Mr. Yi Jiang, Director, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), Mr. David Chu, Chief Executive Officer, Precise Development (HK) Limited, China, and Ms. He He Amanda, Director of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China. From Pakistan, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Director (Eurasian Region) of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China, were also present at the ceremony.
The Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) is one of the most influential private sector representative bodies in Pakistan, dedicated to promoting trade and economic cooperation between Pakistan and the global market.
Key components of the agreement include Precise Development (HK) Limited serving as the official authorized representative of PCJCCI in China, facilitating coordination with government bodies, enterprises, and business associations. The agreement also envisions the establishment of a Sino Pak Cooperation Exchange Platform, aimed at promoting B2B matchmaking, policy consultation, investment promotion, and market research between Chinese and Pakistani enterprises.
Through this partnership, both organizations aim to strengthen economic collaboration across various sectors including information technology, renewable energy, textiles, logistics, and consumer goods and build a long-term foundation for sustainable development and mutual prosperity between Pakistan and China.
