President Aliyev Demands Justice Following Plane Crash Involving Azerbaijani Citizens

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President Ilham Aliyev has strongly condemned those responsible for a recent plane crash that claimed the lives of Azerbaijani citizens, emphasizing that the blame lies with representatives of the Russian Federation. Speaking during a meeting with family members of the crew who perished and surviving flight attendants, President Aliyev demanded accountability and transparency.

“I can say with full certainty that the blame for the fact that Azerbaijani citizens died in this disaster lies with representatives of the Russian Federation. We demand justice, punishment of the guilty, full transparency, and humane behavior,” the President declared.

Investigation Underway

President Aliyev confirmed that the aircraft’s black boxes are currently being decoded. He expressed confidence that preliminary findings would be available soon, providing clarity on the circumstances of the tragedy.

“The black boxes are being decoded now, and I am sure that we will find out preliminary results in the near future and everything will fall into place. The whole picture of the tragedy will be clear,” he stated.
