President Xi to address fifth CIIE via video

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: President Xi Jinping will address the opening ceremony of the fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the Hongqiao International Economic Forum via video, a Ministry of Commerce spokesperson said Thursday.

The opening ceremony will be held in Shanghai on November 4, said spokesperson Shu Jueting.
