Xi, Biden to have in-depth discussions

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: The Chinese and U.S. presidents will have in-depth discussions on strategic, general and directional issues concerning China-U.S. relations as well as major issues concerning global peace and development when they meet in the U.S., Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning told a daily press conference on Monday.

At the invitation of U.S. President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping will be in San Francisco from November 14 to 17 for a China-U.S. summit meeting and the 30th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting.

China will view and handle its relationship with the U.S. in line with the three principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation, proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping, Mao told reporters.
