Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia Discuss Cooperation in Human Capital Development and Healthcare

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Minister of Economy and Finance, Jamshid Kuchkarov, hosted a delegation from Saudi Arabia led by Mohammed Al Fassam, Executive Director of Al Arkkan Training Center.

During the meeting, the parties explored prospects for collaboration in key areas such as human capital development, food security, and healthcare. Particular focus was placed on training specialists in catering and healthcare according to international standards. Discussions also included implementing public-private partnership (PPP) projects in these sectors, enhancing the foreign language proficiency of nurses, and improving their professional skills.

Al Arkkan Training Center, known for its expertise in professional development, offers a wide range of training services, including financial and business education, professional certification courses, and programs in digital technologies and IT.

The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to strengthen and expand cooperation between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia in these vital areas, signaling a shared commitment to fostering professional development and advancing public service standards.
