President Pezeshkian Congratulates Iranian Students on Victory at ISF U15 Gymnasiade

Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the nation’s young athletes following their impressive performance at the ISF U15 Gymnasiade held in Zlatibor, Serbia.

In a message released on Monday evening, President Pezeshkian praised the outstanding achievements of the Iranian students, describing their victory as a clear reflection of their talent, capability, determination, and perseverance. He emphasized that securing 86 medals and multiple titles at an international event underscores the exceptional potential of the country’s youth.

“These achievements are a source of pride for our nation and demonstrate the bright future ahead, shaped by the dedication and capabilities of our younger generation,” the President stated.

The President also called on sports officials and authorities involved in student athletics to enhance strategic planning and strengthen support systems in order to build on this success and secure even greater accomplishments in the future.

The ISF U15 Gymnasiade, organized by the International School Sport Federation (ISF), took place from April 4 to 14 in Zlatibor, Serbia. The event featured competitions across 25 disciplines, including three para sports, bringing together young athletes from around the world to showcase their talents and sportsmanship.

Iran’s strong performance at the event is widely seen as a significant milestone in the development of the country’s youth sports programs.
