In a deeply personal message, Ambassador Tukhtaev addressed the Pakistani nation with profound emotion and sincerity, emphasizing the shared faith and spiritual bonds that unite the peoples of Uzbekistan and Pakistan.

“Today, I speak to you — not as a diplomat, but as a human being, as a brother, as a fellow Muslim — with an open heart and the deepest respect for your great nation,” he said.

Describing Eid-ul-Azha as a celebration of sacrifice, faith, love, and compassion, the Ambassador expressed admiration for the generosity, sincerity, and nobility with which Pakistan observes this sacred festival.

“Here in Pakistan, I do not feel like a guest — I feel at home.”

Ambassador Tukhtaev offered prayers for the well-being and happiness of all Pakistani families:

“May no child in Pakistan be ever deprived of love and care. May there be laughter in every home, faith in every heart, and peace and dignity on every street.”

“I am proud to serve that friendship, build mutual trust, and work toward a bright future for our great nations,” he stated.

Concluding his message on a note of deep affection and spiritual solidarity, Ambassador Tukhtaev said:

“May your homes be filled with love, your hearts with light, and your hands with the strength to do good. My prayers are always with you. Eid al-Adha Mubarak!”
