Trump Hails Joint Effort with Netanyahu, Warns Iran of Further Strikes if Peace Not Achieved

Washington, The Gulf Observer: U.S. President Donald Trump has praised the close coordination between the United States and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, following what he described as a “spectacular military success” in the latest round of strikes aimed at curbing Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
“We worked as a team like perhaps no team has ever worked before,” Trump said in a public address, lauding the collaborative efforts with Netanyahu. “We’ve gone a long way to erasing this horrible threat to Israel.”
The U.S. strikes, according to the president, were designed to “stop Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity and put a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world’s number one state sponsor of terror.”
Clear Ultimatum to Tehran
Trump issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that the country now faces a critical choice between peace and severe consequences.
“There will be either peace, or there will be tragedy for Iran far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days,” he declared.
He emphasized that the operation conducted was the most difficult and legally justified, hinting at potential future military actions if Iran does not move toward de-escalation.
“Remember, there are many targets left. Tonight’s was the most difficult of them all, by far, and perhaps the most legal,” he added. “But if peace does not come quickly, we will go after those other targets with precision, speed, and skill.”
A Warning and a Message
The address marks a turning point in escalating tensions between the U.S. and Iran, signaling that Washington is prepared for sustained military engagement unless diplomatic breakthroughs are made.
Trump’s rhetoric comes amid rising global concerns about stability in the Middle East, and international calls for restraint are growing louder following the latest military developments.
