President Rahmon Inaugurates Private Hulbuk Medical Hospital in Vose District

Dushanbe, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, on October 4 inaugurated the private Hulbuk Medical Hospital in Vose District as part of his visit to the Khatlon region.

The private medical facility was constructed by entrepreneur Rajabali Mirzoalizoda with the aim of contributing to the development of the healthcare sector and improving the quality of modern medical services.

The foundation stone for the new hospital was laid by President Emomali Rahmon in October 2025. The facility was subsequently completed within the established timeframe and to a high standard.

During his inspection of the hospital’s diagnostic and treatment facilities, President Rahmon was informed that the hospital comprises specialised departments for women, neurology, pediatrics, adults, surgery and intensive care, among others.

The hospital is equipped with modern medical equipment manufactured by leading international companies. The advanced facilities are expected to contribute to improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in the region.

The hospital also has extensive capabilities for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. To provide modern medical services, it has been equipped for angiographic procedures and stent placement. According to the information provided, this is the first such facility in the Kulob region.

The hospital has employed 50 highly qualified medical professionals.

President Emomali Rahmon described the establishment of such modern medical services for local residents by the entrepreneur as an expression of patriotism and an important contribution to safeguarding public health.

The hospital also includes a 30-seat dining facility where patients are provided with dietary meals in accordance with their treatment needs.

The President offered guidance and useful recommendations to the medical staff, urging them to faithfully fulfil their important professional mission and provide high-quality services to patients.

The hospital grounds have also been landscaped, with flowers, shrubs and ornamental trees adding to the appearance of the facility.
